Found a wrong value? Send the firm, the value and the firm page that shows the correct one. How a wrong value is fixed and shown is described in the PropRubric corrections policy.
Do you represent a firm? Email the same address, say which rule, price or payout term on PropRubric is wrong or out of date, and link the page on your own site that states the correct one. A value published on a firm’s own page changes PropRubric’s record. A request with no published page behind it leaves the value as it is, and PropRubric adds a dated note that the firm disputes it.
PropRubric has no chat widget, and every reply comes from a person on the research team.
