Seven crypto prop firms run no consistency rule on any model at PropRubric’s last check: Breakout, Kraken Prop, Propr, SizeProp, Velotrade, HyperPNL and BrightFunded. Seven more crypto prop firms sell at least one plan with no consistency rule beside plans that carry one, and three replace the ratio with a daily profit cap, out of 28 firms checked. A consistency rule limits how much of your profit one day may carry, so “no consistency rule” means a single strong day can count in full toward a target or a payout.
Check the model and the phase before you choose, because the same firm can apply the rule on one plan and not another, and compare the full list of best crypto prop firms when the rule is not your only need.
| no rule on any model, cheapest entry | no rule, on-demand payouts with no waiting period | no rule, static floor and a public payout record |

The first seven rows run no consistency rule on any model; the next seven drop it on the plans named, and the last three replace the ratio with a daily profit cap. Each firm’s source and check date are in its review, and the firms whose every plan carries a rule are listed at the end of this page.

What does “no consistency rule” mean at a crypto prop firm?
The phrase still leaves two kinds of limit in place, and both can matter as much as the rule they replace. The first kind is a day-count rule: Velotrade requires 5 qualifying days per phase that each close at least 0.8% up, and HyperPNL’s 2-step asks for 2 then 3 profitable days.
The second kind is a daily profit cap: Goat Funded Trader counts at most $3,000 a day on funded accounts, E8 Pro counts 2% a day, and Crypto Fund Trader caps profit at $10,000 per day and per trade.
The rule itself, with its formula and the four kinds firms use, is set out on PropRubric’s page about consistency rules, and the firms above differ on more than the rule.
How do crypto prop firms with no consistency rule compare?
The seven crypto prop firms with no consistency rule compare on three axes with a different leader on each. How do you choose a crypto prop firm with no consistency rule?
You choose a crypto prop firm with no consistency rule by checking the rule on the model and the phase you buy, and five checks cover it.
- Check every model, not the firm. FTMO, Fundedbit, Funded Trader Markets, Klein Funding, Tradeify 247, AquaFunded and Upscale drop the rule on some plans only. Best on this list: any of the seven firms with no rule anywhere, such as Breakout.
- Check the funded phase separately. Mubite has no rule in the challenge and a Funded Score of 25% to 40% after it. Best on this list: SizeProp, which states the absence for funded accounts in its own words (“does not impose consistency requirements”).
- Look for the rule under another name. Klein Funding’s Stability Score, Mubite’s Funded Score, Cointracts’ Profit Day Ratio and PropW’s Consistency Ratio are consistency rules. Best on this list: BrightFunded, which names the rule it does not enforce.
- Look for a daily profit cap or a day count. Goat Funded Trader caps a funded day at $3,000, and Velotrade counts only days closed 0.8% up. Best on this list: Propr, with neither.
- Pair the rule with the drawdown you need. A static floor and no consistency rule together leave a strong day both room and full credit. Best on this list: Velotrade, static on every plan.
The order of the firms above follows the absence of the rule on every model first and the entry price second, and the method behind every cell is on PropRubric’s methodology page. The firms above set no consistency rule; the ones that do are worth knowing too, because some of the cheapest plans carry one.
Which crypto prop firms have a consistency rule?
Eleven crypto prop firms sell no plan that PropRubric could confirm as free of a consistency rule, and nine of them state the rule they apply, at PropRubric’s last check.
- A rule in every evaluation: HyroTrader’s profit-distribution cap, one day at most 40% of the profit target on One-Step and Two-Step and one trade at most 50% on Zero-Step, and Dolvero’s 15% of the profit that funds you, which delays promotion and never fails the account.
- A rule on every funded account: Mubite’s Funded Score of 25%, 30% or 40% by plan, Cointracts’ 50% Profit Day Ratio at the first payout, and TradeXProp’s 45% consistency score.
- A named score before each payout: FundingPips’ 15% on Zero and 35% on Master accounts, WenCrypto’s 20% on its pay-later funded and Genesis accounts, and PropW’s Consistency Ratio, 40% on the One-Step and 45% on the Two-Step.
- A rule on one plan with the others unstated: The5ers’ 50% on its Summer Plan.
- Nothing stated either way: Bitfunded and RebelsFunding, whose FAQs set trade counts per payout or per phase instead.
How each rule is calculated, with worked examples and the four kinds firms use, is on the page about consistency rules at crypto prop firms. The firms whose floor never trails are on the list of crypto prop firms without trailing drawdown.
