Crypto Prop Firms With Static Drawdown: No Trailing (2026)
Affiliate link: PropRubric may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. It never changes a score or a ranking.
Nine crypto prop firms use a static maximum drawdown on every challenge model whose type they publish, at PropRubric’s last check, and six of them reach a 10% floor, Velotrade the highest-scored. The nine firms are Velotrade, TradeXProp, PropW, HyperPNL, SizeProp, HyroTrader, RebelsFunding, Bitfunded and The5ers. Eighteen more firms sell at least one static model beside models that trail, Goat Funded Trader among them with 10% on both 2-Step challenges, and one does not name the type of its floor, out of 28 firms checked.
A static floor stays at the same dollar level from the starting balance however high the account climbs, but three parts of “static” still differ by firm: the maximum floor, the daily limit, and the events that move the floor anyway. Check all three for the model you buy, then compare the firms’ other rules on the shortlist of best crypto prop firms.
| static on every model, widest floor | static, no minimum days | cheapest static challenge |
|---|---|---|
| Velotrade: 10% static on the Classic 2-step, 7% on the Classic 1-step, 3% on Pro; from $40 | TradeXProp: 6% or 9% static, no minimum trading days; from $35 | RebelsFunding: a 10% fixed floor on Copper, $939 for $320,000, $29.34 per $10,000 |

Listed by the nine firms static on every published model before the eighteen that also sell a trailing model. The ring is each firm's PropRubric score out of 10, which sets the order of the main ranking only.
Values from each firm's own pages, checked by PropRubric
The first nine rows are static on every challenge model whose type the firm publishes; each firm’s evidence and check date are in its review, and the one firm that does not name its floor type is at the end of this page.
Which crypto prop firms use static drawdown only?
PropRubric found 9 crypto prop firms whose every published challenge model uses a static maximum drawdown, among 28 firms at PropRubric’s last check. Seven firms have a section below, five of the nine plus Goat Funded Trader and Mubite, whose challenge models are static while their Instant floors trail, and three details separate those seven.
- Goat Funded Trader, Velotrade, PropW and Mubite offer a 10% static floor on at least one model, the widest among the seven; PropW’s 10% is on its $1K–$10K Two-Step, and Mubite’s includes a paid 2% add-on.
- TradeXProp, HyperPNL and SizeProp offer 9% or less, and SizeProp’s floor became static only on 12 May 2026, when its rules page changed from trailing.
- Two of the seven have an Instant account outside the static rule: Goat Funded Trader’s Instant floors trail, 6% on its GOAT plan and 5% on HERO, and Mubite’s Instant floor is published and not static, 10% from the start and locked once at 5% below equity when equity reaches +5%.
The other four static-only firms, HyroTrader, RebelsFunding, Bitfunded and The5ers, are table-only entries with their floors in the static maximum column, and HyroTrader joined them when its October 2026 relaunch named a static floor on all three models. Eighteen more firms sell a static model beside other models, so the model you buy decides the floor. The static-only firm with a floor on every plan stated in its own words is Velotrade, as the Velotrade review sets out.
What is a static drawdown at a crypto prop firm?
The static floor still differs between firms in two parts, and those two parts can matter more than the floor’s type. The daily limit is the first part: most firms fix it from the start-of-day balance or equity, while TradeXProp caps the day at 3% in both directions, closing positions after a 3% gain as well as a 3% loss.
The second part is the event that moves a static floor anyway: E8 Pro’s floor moves to the initial balance after the first payout, and Velotrade’s Classic 2-step recalculates at the start of Phase 2. The full worked examples are on the page about trailing vs static drawdown.
How do the static-drawdown crypto prop firms compare?
The static-drawdown crypto prop firms compare on three axes with a different leader on each. Goat Funded Trader, Velotrade, PropW and Mubite share the lead on the first axis, floor width, at 10% on at least one model. TradeXProp leads on speed with no minimum days, and SizeProp leads on payout stability with a floor that payouts do not change.
The seven sections below cover each of those seven firms’ floors in the same order: origin and category, the unique attribute, the price from, the drawdown rule with its exact value, the catch, and the links.
Goat Funded Trader: 10% Static on Both 2-Step Models
Goat Funded Trader is a multi-asset prop firm run by Wishes Tower International Limited in Hong Kong, with crypto CFDs at 1:2 leverage. The unique attribute of Goat Funded Trader is a 10% static floor on both of its 2-Step models, the 2-Step GOAT and 2-Step Standard. Prices at Goat Funded Trader start at $36 for a $5,000 2-Step GOAT.
The drawdown rule at Goat Funded Trader is a static floor on every challenge model: 6% on the 1-Step, 10% on both 2-Steps. The catch at Goat Funded Trader is a $3,000 cap per crypto payout and no published list of crypto pairs. Read the Goat Funded Trader crypto trading page.
Velotrade: A Static Floor on Every Plan
Velotrade is a crypto-first prop firm run by Velotrade Re Limited in Hong Kong. The unique attribute of Velotrade is a static floor stated for all three plans, with every payout published as an Arbiscan transaction. Prices at Velotrade start at $40 for a $5,000 Pro 1-step.
The drawdown rule at Velotrade is 7%, 10% or 3% static from the starting balance, with the Classic 2-step recalculated at the start of Phase 2. The catch at Velotrade is a qualifying-day rule that counts only days closed 0.8% up. Read the Velotrade review.
Mubite: “Fixed for the Whole Evaluation”
Mubite is a crypto-first prop firm run by Mubite s.r.o. in Prague. The unique attribute of Mubite is a rules page that states the two parts apart: the daily limit “moves with your equity”, the maximum “stays fixed for the whole evaluation”. Prices at Mubite start at $44 for a $625 Instant account, and its challenges at $65 for a $5,000 Two-Step. The drawdown rule at Mubite is up to 10% on the Two-Step and 8% on the One-Step, each including a paid 2% add-on.
The Mubite Instant floor is a separate rule: 10% from the start, locked once at 5% below equity when equity reaches +5%, so Mubite is static on its two challenges and not on Instant.
The catch at Mubite is a minimum of 10 to 13 days on the Two-Step unless you pay for the add-on that removes it. Read the Mubite review.
TradeXProp: Static Floor, No Minimum Days
TradeXProp is a crypto-first prop firm, a white label of Prop Account, LLC. The unique attribute of TradeXProp is the daily cap in both directions: equity may move 3% from the previous day, up or down. Prices at TradeXProp start at $35 for a $5,000 X 2-step.
The drawdown rule at TradeXProp is a 6% or 9% floor static from the starting balance, with no minimum trading days. The catch at TradeXProp is that a 3% gain locks the account for the day too, which contradicts its “Pass in 1 Day” cards. Read the TradeXProp review.
PropW: Static, Measured in a UTC+8 Day
PropW is the CoinW exchange’s prop-trading product, run by PropW Innovations DMCC in Dubai. The unique attribute of PropW is a floor defined as “the maximum decline from the initial account balance”, with the daily limit counted in a UTC+8 trading day. Prices at PropW start at $15 for a $1,000 Two-Step. The drawdown rule at PropW is 6% on the One-Step and 10% or 8% on the Two-Step by size. The catch at PropW is payouts into a CoinW account and pages that disagree on how often it pays. Read the PropW review.
HyperPNL: Static on Both Plans, Priced From Hyperliquid
HyperPNL is a crypto-first prop firm run by Hyperpnl Ltd. in the Cayman Islands, with orders filled against Hyperliquid’s order book. The unique attribute of HyperPNL is a daily limit fixed from equity at 00:00 UTC that does not move intraday. Prices at HyperPNL start at $42 for a $5,000 1-step. The drawdown rule at HyperPNL is 5% on the 1-step and 9% on the 2-step, static from the initial balance. The catch at HyperPNL is a 1-step page whose heading says 5% while its body says 9%. Read the HyperPNL review.
SizeProp: A Floor That Payouts Do Not Move
SizeProp is a crypto-first prop firm run by SIZ EDU Limited in the Cayman Islands, backed by Igloo Inc. The unique attribute of SizeProp is a floor “unaffected by payouts”, static since its rules page changed from trailing on 12 May 2026. Prices at SizeProp start at $36 for a $5,000 Degen. The drawdown rule at SizeProp is 5% on the 1-Step and 3% on the Degen, from the starting balance. The catch at SizeProp is the narrow floor, the tightest among the seven on the Degen plan. Read the SizeProp review.
How do you choose a static-drawdown crypto prop firm?
You choose a static-drawdown crypto prop firm by checking the floor, the daily limit and the funded stage on the model you buy, and five checks cover it.
- Check that the model you buy is static. Eighteen firms sell static and trailing models side by side. Best on this list: any of the nine static-only firms, such as Velotrade.
- Read whether the daily limit is static too. A static floor with a daily limit that moves with equity behaves differently on a good day. Best on this list: HyperPNL, whose daily limit is fixed from 00:00 UTC.
- Check what moves the floor after a payout. E8 Pro’s floor moves to the initial balance after the first payout. Best on this list: SizeProp, whose floor is unaffected by payouts.
- Check the funded stage, not only the challenge. WenCrypto’s pay-later funded floor trails although the evaluation floor is static. Best on this list: Goat Funded Trader, static on every challenge model (its Instant floors trail).
- Compare the floor’s width. A 3% static floor ends an account sooner than a 10% trailing one. Best on this list: Velotrade, the highest-scored of the six firms that reach 10% and are static on every model. Your own floors under either rule are computed on the drawdown calculator for crypto challenges.
The order of the firms above follows the nine firms static on every published model before the eighteen that also sell a trailing model. Within each group the order follows the width of the widest static floor, with ties broken by the PropRubric score. The method behind every cell is on the page about how PropRubric verifies crypto prop firm data. The firms above use static floors; the trailing ones are worth knowing too, because the cheapest and fastest models at several firms trail.
Which crypto prop firms use trailing drawdown?
Eighteen crypto prop firms sell at least one trailing model, and one does not name the type of its floor.
- Trailing from the highest balance or equity: Goat Funded Trader’s Instant GOAT (6%) and HERO (5%), Crypto Fund Trader’s 1-Phase, Dolvero’s 1-step, Propr’s 2-Step, Upscale’s Turbo, FundingPips’ Zero and AquaFunded’s 1-Step Standard and Pro.
- Trailing a fixed dollar amount: Breakout’s Spark and Kraken Prop’s Lite, $1,500 below the highest closed balance.
- Trailing until a profit level, then locked: Funded Trader Markets’ 1-Step Nitro at +6%, BrightFunded’s 1-Step at +6%, Fundedbit’s 1-step once the balance reaches +6%, Klein Funding’s Bybit Instant Pro at +3% and Mubite’s Instant, 10% from the start until equity reaches +5%, then locked 5% below that equity, and E8 One and Tradeify 247’s Instant Funding, which trail closed profits until they lock at the initial balance.
- Trailing at the end of the day: FTMO’s 1-Step and WenCrypto’s pay-later funded account.
- Trailing by a rule the firm does not detail: Klein Funding’s Cleo Flex, a “fixed trailing” floor.
- Type not named: Cointracts on every model and Crypto Fund Trader on its Instant, a 6% overall limit with no type stated.
The way each trailing floor above rises is worked through on a $100,000 account in the definition section’s linked examples, and the daily limits beside each floor are compared on the page about daily drawdown at crypto prop firms.
