Bitfunded Review 2026: Rules, Fees, Payouts and Is It Legit?
Affiliate link: PropRubric may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. It never changes a score or a ranking.
Bitfunded ranks #16 of 18 crypto-first and on-chain firms on PropRubric's list of the best crypto prop firms. It is set side by side with one other firm in Bitfunded vs Breakout.
Bitfunded is live and selling challenges, and no payout outside the firm’s own leaderboard is confirmed.
The firm trades in a “fully simulated environment” by its own description, and its search family carries a trust question that PropRubric could not trace to a source. Bitfunded publishes its rules and prices, but it names its legal entity only in its terms of use, publishes no US policy in the pages PropRubric read, and no payout proof outside the firm exists. The firm sells 2-step, 1-step, Instant and a timed Day Trader challenge from $79, and its status is active.
The firm allows 3% to 5% daily and 3% to 10% maximum drawdown and pays 80% (60% on Instant) in USDT up to twice a month. The country policy is unpublished at the firm, and its change log holds 11 rows, 1 of them a change the firm made. Compare it with all crypto prop firms PropRubric tracks before you choose.

Bitfunded is a crypto prop firm that sells 2-step, 1-step, Instant and timed Day Trader challenges on more than 100 crypto pairs and pays 80% of simulated profits in USDT. The firm describes itself as operating “since 2023” and as “a proprietary trading firm that offers simulated trading challenges”.
The terms of use name the operator as Tronovix LTD, “a legally recognised limited Liability proprietary trading firm in the United Arab Emirates”, with disputes sent to the RAK Arbitration Centre in Ras Al Khaimah, while the homepage, FAQ and footer name no entity.
Bitfunded’s status is active: the homepage was modified on 29 September 2026, every challenge tab sells, and support runs through an email address.

How does Bitfunded work?
Bitfunded’s cycle has three steps by the firm’s own description, and a fourth that its FAQ adds.
- Take the challenge on simulated capital of $5,000 to $150,000, or the timed Day Trader challenge for $50 to $400, in a “fully simulated environment”.
- Pass the target of 8% then 5% on the 2-step or 10% on the 1-step, with no minimum trading days, inside a 5% or 4% daily limit; all positions must be closed to move to the next stage.
- Become a Bitfunded trader on a “Live Simulated Account”, in the firm’s words, where “your real journey begins” on the same simulated capital.
- Get paid after your Profit Split Day, with an 80/20 split processed within 24 hours on working days in USDT.
The step buyers ask about most is the last, because the search family carries the phrase “business is frozen”, and the next section answers it from dated evidence.

Is Bitfunded still paying out?
No confirmed recent Bitfunded payout exists in PropRubric’s evidence, and no evidence shows that the firm has stopped. The evidence that the firm is live is this: the site is live and selling, the firm publishes a leaderboard of trader payouts, no payout tracker lists the firm, and the phrase “business is frozen” has no source that PropRubric could find.
Bitfunded’s homepage shows a “Top Trader Leaderboard” with three named traders and payout totals of $38,192, $16,678 and $15,809, which is the firm’s own statement and not a record of transfers.

| one complaint alleging an approved withdrawal that was never paid | ForexPeaceArmy, 28 Jul 2026 |
Two signals sit on each side of the firm. Against the firm, ForexPeaceArmy carries a complaint dated 28 July 2026 from a trader who says a withdrawal marked “Approved” never arrived, one account and unadjudicated. PropFirmMatch lists Bitfunded as an unlisted, unreviewed firm with a reader comment alleging that “a lot of assets” have problems. For the firm, PropScorer’s 2026 review calls its “payout reputation” solid and cites a 4.7 Trustpilot score from 155 reviews.
The Trustpilot profile for bitfunded.com is the one to read, because a second profile for bitfundedtrader.com, rated 3.0 from 20 reviews, belongs to a different domain. Beyond the reviews, the Instant plan’s daily limit of 3% is the value the next sections price and compare, and the plan puts the firm among the firms with instant funding, the instant funding crypto prop firms.

How much does a Bitfunded challenge cost?
Bitfunded challenges cost $79 to $1,399, from the $5,000 2-step to the $150,000 1-step, with the Instant plan from $129 for $2,500 and the Day Trader challenge from $50 to $400 by the trader’s choice.

Values from each firm's own pages, checked by PropRubric
Three notes apply to the table. The Day Trader challenge, absent from the table, is a timed product, one to eight hours, with an entry fee the trader picks between $50 and $400 and a payout boost of 2x to 5x. The 1-step Express plan appears in the FAQ with a 9% target and 3% limits but not on the pricing tabs; and the fee is refunded on the 2-step only, with the third successful payout.
That fee condition is the FAQ’s, and the firm’s Refund Policy names another: completing both phases of the 2-step and reaching the first profit split day. PropRubric’s earlier record paired $99 with the $10,000 1-step, and the corrected ladder pairs it with the $10,000 2-step.
What does Bitfunded cost per $10,000 of funding?
Bitfunded costs $159.80 per $10,000 of funding on the $100,000 2-step and $898.00 on the $10,000 Instant, computed as the fee plus one reset at the same price, divided by the account size in $10,000 units.
| account size | 2-step | 1-step | Instant |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $316.00 | $396.00 | $996.00 |
| $10,000 | $198.00 | $298.00 | $898.00 |
| $50,000 | $159.60 | $199.60 | — |
| $100,000 | $159.80 | $199.80 | — |
The 2-step is the cheaper route at every size and the only one whose fee comes back, on the third payout; the Instant plan costs four to five times as much per $10,000 and pays a 60% split.
What are Bitfunded’s trading rules?
Bitfunded’s trading rules are a daily limit of 3% to 5% and a maximum drawdown of 3% to 10% by plan, no minimum trading days and no time limit, with a static maximum drawdown and with the reset time and every strategy restriction unpublished. The three sections below cover those rules: the drawdown limits, the restrictions and the instruments.
| Rule | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Daily drawdown | 2-step: 5%; 1-step: 4%; 1-step Express: 3%; instant: 3% 60% profit share), 1-step 4%, 2-step 5%. The FAQ's 4% for Instant is treated as stale. '1-step Express' is absent from the homepage tabs (2 Steps / 1 Step / Instant / Day Trader). | bitfunded.com |
| Maximum drawdown | 2-step: 10 then 8; 1-step: 6%; 1-step Express: 3%; instant: 6% | bitfunded.com |
| Drawdown type | static from the starting balance "It's a fixed percentage of your starting balance and it doesn't move for the life of the challenge." (FAQ, modified 17 Sep 2026) | bitfunded.com |
| Stop-loss required | Not published | bitfunded.com |
| Consistency rule | Not published Not stated: the FAQ (modified 2026-09-23) lists restricted practices and a minimum activity per payout period (2 closed trades, 3 on Instant Funding, each open ≥10 minutes) but no consistency rule. | bitfunded.com |
| Profit target | 2-step: 8% then 5%; 1-step: 10%; 1-step Express: 9%; instant: none | bitfunded.com |
| Minimum trading days | 0 Rules tables: Min Trading Days 0 in each evaluation stage; FAQ: no time limit or minimum days for any model. All positions must be closed to move to the next stage. | bitfunded.com |
| Weekend trading | yes — '24/7 and there's no weekend restriction', but every position must close within the asset's maximum holding duration counted in exact hours: 10 days for major crypto (BTC, ETH, BNB, XRP, SOL, TRX, HYPE, ZEC, DOGE, ADA), 7 days for other crypto, 5 days for XAU, XAG and TSLA; no swap or funding charge stated (0.04% open + 0.04% close commission only) | bitfunded.com |
| Leverage | 1x–5x | bitfunded.com |
Bitfunded has no rules page of its own, so this section carries the full set.
What are Bitfunded’s drawdown limits?
Bitfunded allows a 5% daily drawdown and a 10% maximum drawdown on the 2-step’s first stage, 4% and 6% on the 1-step, and 3% and 6% on the Instant plan. The maximum drawdown is static: the FAQ calls it “a fixed percentage of your starting balance” that “doesn’t move for the life of the challenge”. The firm does not publish whether the daily limit is measured from the balance or the equity, or when the day resets.
The Instant plan’s daily limit is 3% on the homepage rules table and 4% in the FAQ, and PropRubric records the homepage table, which was modified on 29 September 2026, and flags the FAQ as stale. The FAQ and the table agree on the 2-step, whose maximum tightens from 10% to 8% at the second stage, and all positions must be closed to move between stages.
Which trading restrictions does Bitfunded have?
PropRubric checks twelve restriction rules at Bitfunded, and the firm publishes six of them.
- Minimum trading days: 0 on the 2-step and 1-step.
- Time limit: none on the evaluations; one to eight hours on the Day Trader challenge.
- Weekend and news trading: ✓ allowed, per the FAQ: “no restrictions on trading style or strategy”.
- Multiple accounts: one account at a time, per the Day Trader note.
- Inactivity: none; the FAQ answers “Is there a minimum number of trading days, or an inactivity rule? No to both.”
- Stop-loss, per-trade cap, consistency rule, hedging, copy trading, bots and API: not published by the firm in the pages PropRubric read.
A rule that is not published is not a rule that does not exist, and the FAQ’s “no restrictions on trading style” is the firm’s claim about strategy, not about the fields above. How the published caps compare across firms belongs on the page about which firms use a consistency rule and how it is calculated.
What can you trade at Bitfunded, and with how much leverage?
You can trade more than 100 crypto pairs at Bitfunded on its proprietary web and mobile platform, at 1:5 leverage on every plan, with a “TradFi” group of 20 or more instruments advertised on the homepage.
| instrument group | count | leverage |
|---|---|---|
| cryptocurrencies | 100+ | 1:5 |
| TradFi (advertised) | 20+ | not published |
The platform is the firm’s own web and mobile app, not an exchange account, and Google Play reviews of the app include a complaint that “the trading portion is no longer functioning” after an update, one review and undated in the search result.
How do Bitfunded payouts work?
Bitfunded pays 80% of profits, or 60% on the Instant plan, in USDT, up to twice per 30 days on the standard plans and once a month on Instant, with the first payout at the plan’s Profit Split Day. Standard-plan payouts drop to once a month after 10 payouts in total, and processing takes up to 24 hours on working days.
Payout terms
| split | first payout | frequency | minimum | currency + network | speed | proof |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 80%; 60% on Instant | at the Profit Split Day | up to 2 per 30 days (standard), 1 per month after 10 payouts; 1 per month (Instant) | not published | USDT; network not published | within 24 hours on working days (firm-stated) | firm leaderboard only |
Three conditions apply: identity verification, which the terms of use require once cumulative profit reaches $10,000 and before any further withdrawal, a Profit Split Day that the dashboard sets, and the fee refund on the 2-step with the third successful payout.
The payout leaderboard’s totals are the firm’s own figures, and no on-chain record or tracker entry exists to check them against. How payouts work across the whole class of firms, from the split to the transfer, is explained in how crypto prop firm payouts work.
Who can trade with Bitfunded?
Bitfunded does not publish whether it accepts US residents, and it publishes no restricted-country list in the pages PropRubric read; the checkout accepts cards in INR and crypto payments, which is the one geographic signal on the site.
Who can join
| US status | restricted countries | KYC timing | platform exceptions |
|---|---|---|---|
| not published | not published | at $10,000 cumulative profit, before further withdrawals (terms of use) | none published |
The search family’s “bitfunded india” string matches the INR card option on the checkout, and PropRubric records nothing further, because the firm states nothing further.
Is Bitfunded legit?
Yes, Bitfunded is an operating crypto prop firm with published prices and drawdown limits, but it names its entity only in its terms of use and publishes no reset time, country policy or payout network. The payout evidence of the firm is a leaderboard. The status question above found the firm live and found no source for the “frozen” phrase; the legitimacy question turns on what the firm leaves unpublished, in the seven evidence lines below.
- Status: active; homepage modified 29 September 2026.
- Operator and jurisdiction: Tronovix LTD, United Arab Emirates, per the terms of use; the homepage and footer name neither.
- Operating since: 2023, firm-stated; 58,500 followers on X per its profile.
- Payout evidence: the firm’s leaderboard; no tracker entry; no on-chain record.
- Complaint signal: ForexPeaceArmy, 28 July 2026, one unpaid-withdrawal allegation; PropFirmMatch, undated reader comment on an unlisted profile; PropScorer’s 2026 review, favourable, citing a 4.7 Trustpilot score from 155 reviews, while the bitfunded.com profile itself showed 4.3 from 206 reviews, with the firm replying to 50% of negative reviews.
- Contradictions found: the Instant plan’s daily limit, 3% on the homepage vs 4% in the FAQ; the 1-step Express plan, in the FAQ but not on sale; PropScorer’s “3-phase” description against the firm’s own two-stage plus funded structure.
- Named people: none published by the firm, and none on this page: PropScorer’s review carries no byline and the ForexPeaceArmy complainant is anonymous.

What are the alternatives to Bitfunded?
Three firms differ from Bitfunded on its weakest attributes, the twice-a-month payout frequency and the unpublished reset time and country policy, and each card names the difference; how PropRubric scores firms sets out the five criteria behind every score on this site.
- Breakout: payouts on demand from $50 in USDC, a named Delaware evaluation company under Kraken’s ownership, and a daily reset published at 00:30 UTC, from $20. The two are compared side by side in Bitfunded vs Breakout.
- HyroTrader: payouts on demand once the funded account is in profit with on-chain transaction IDs, two named legal entities, from $59; a UAE and BVI firm whose account trades your own Bybit or BloFin demo account, or its Hyro platform.
- Mubite: payouts on demand once a challenge account is funded and in profit, then every 14 days, a static 8% to 10% maximum drawdown stated on its rules page, from $44; a crypto-first firm trading on Bybit’s market conditions or, on Cleo, live Binance market data.
