PropRubric Corrections Policy: How Errors Get Fixed

PropRubric fixes a wrong value as soon as the firm’s own page proves it, adds a dated note to the page and logs the fix in the rule-change log as a PropRubric correction. A correction is never silent, and a value that changed because the firm changed its rule is logged under a different label, so you can tell the two apart.
How do you report an error?
You report an error by email, with the firm, the value and the firm page that shows the correct one, to contact@proprubric.com.
PropRubric replies within 2–3 business days, and the reply says whether the value was changed, kept or flagged for a re-check. The reply comes from the same contact address that is listed on the contact page for evidence sent by firms.
How are corrections shown?
Corrections are shown in two places at once: a dated note under the value on the page, and a row in the change log. The row has the same shape as every other row in the log.
| firm | field | old value | new value | source | date | type |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Crypto Fund Trader | challenge fee labels | 1-phase and 2-phase prices swapped | prices matched to the right model | cryptofundtrader.com pricing page | 30 Sep 2026 | PropRubric correction |
The row stays in the log of crypto prop firm rule changes permanently, and the page note stays until the next re-check confirms the corrected value.
How is a rule change different from a PropRubric correction?
A rule change is a firm changing what it publishes, and a PropRubric correction is PropRubric having recorded something the firm never published. The change log labels each row with one of the two types, and the examples below are real rows.
- Rule change: HyroTrader dropped its mandatory stop-loss requirement, and the change was logged on 29 September 2026 with the old rule, the new rule and the FAQ page that shows it. The firm changed; the record followed.
- PropRubric correction: Crypto Fund Trader’s 1-phase and 2-phase prices had been stored under the wrong labels, and the correction was logged on 30 September 2026. The firm’s page was right all along; the record was wrong.
- PropRubric correction: The5ers’ crypto-offer values were recorded from an outdated page and corrected on 29 September 2026 against the firm’s current terms.
A value recorded from a FAQ that the firm later removes is logged as a rule change from the date the removal was found, and the method behind that decision is described in the PropRubric verification method.
Which corrections has PropRubric logged?
Every PropRubric correction is public, and the table below lists all of them from the change log, newest first, with the value the record held, the corrected value and the firm page that proved it.

Can firms ask PropRubric to change a value?
Yes, firms can ask PropRubric to change a value, with evidence from their own published terms, and firms cannot pay for edits, including the firms PropRubric has an affiliate agreement with. A request is checked against the page the firm names, and a change is logged as a correction or a rule change like any other.
A firm’s statement that a value is wrong, without a published page that shows the right one, does not change the value; it adds a note that the firm disputes it, with the date.
