Why is crypto closed at weekends at RebelsFunding?
RebelsFunding closes new crypto trading at weekends “to ensure the highest quality of service and for server maintenance”, while its rules let existing crypto positions stay open over the weekend. The rules page says “Cryptocurrency positions may be held over the weekend, but new cryptocurrency trading is unavailable during the weekend.”
| period | crypto at RebelsFunding (UTC+3) |

| final 5 minutes before a close | no new trade or pending order may be opened or activated |

The bitcoin market itself trades through the weekend, so a position held from Friday faces two days of price moves it cannot close until the platform reopens, and a Friday rollover charged three times. Overnight and weekend holding are allowed on Evaluation and RCF accounts alike. The cost of that holding is the next question.
