Which prop firms accept crypto payment?
PropRubric found 22 prop firms that accept crypto payment for a challenge, out of 28 active firms at PropRubric’s last check, and they fall into four groups by how specific the firm is about coins and networks.
- Coins and networks named: HyroTrader, Upscale, Funded Trader Markets, BrightFunded, FTMO, SizeProp and Bitfunded list the coins and, for stablecoins, the networks.
- Coins named, networks not: E8 Markets, Goat Funded Trader and Dolvero name the coins only.
- A single route: Cointracts adds Indian rupees through UPI beside crypto, HyperPNL takes USDC only, and PropW takes USDT through a CoinW wallet.
- “Cryptocurrency” without a list: Velotrade, Breakout, Tradeify 247, Fundedbit, Mubite, Crypto Fund Trader, Klein Funding, FundingPips and RebelsFunding, where the checkout shows the options on the day.
A firm that names the network spares you the most expensive mistake at a crypto checkout, a payment on the wrong chain. The widest coin list at a checkout is HyroTrader’s, and its full verified record is in the HyroTrader review.
Does paying in crypto change anything at a prop firm?
Bitfunded’s FAQ states the network risk plainly: “check that the network selected in your wallet or exchange matches the one on the payment page, because sending on the wrong one loses the funds.” A trader’s Forex Peace Army complaint of 14 September 2026 about Goat Funded Trader describes the other risk, a fee paid “via non-refundable cryptocurrency” before an account closure. The coins each firm pays out in are a different list, linked at the end of this page.
How do prop firms compare on crypto payment?
Prop firms compare on crypto payment on three axes with a different leader on each: HyroTrader leads on the number of coins with ten, Upscale leads on USDT networks with five, and FTMO is the only firm with a stated fee, 3%. The six sections below follow the same order: origin and category, the unique attribute, the price from, the payment rule with its exact value, the catch, and the links.
HyroTrader: Ten Coins Including DAI and SHIB
HyroTrader is a crypto-first prop firm provided by HYRO TECHNOLOGIES FZ-LLC in the UAE. The unique attribute of HyroTrader at checkout is the widest coin list in the census: BTC, ETH, USDC, DOGE, LTC, DAI, BCH, APE, SHIB and USDT on Polygon. Prices at HyroTrader start at $59 for a $5,000 2-step. The payment rule at HyroTrader is “crypto or credit card”, with card payments for European and UK customers processed through Hyro Finance in Slovakia.
The catch at HyroTrader is that only the One-Step and Two-Step fee is a refundable challenge deposit, returned with the first payout, while the Zero-Step fee is not refundable once the challenge is activated. Read the HyroTrader review.
Upscale: Five USDT Networks, TON and Telegram Stars
Upscale is a crypto-first prop firm that names no legal entity in the pages PropRubric read, with Seychelles law in its terms. The unique attribute of Upscale at checkout is the network list: USDT on TON, TRC-20, BEP-20, ERC-20 and Solana, plus Telegram Stars and GRAM through its Telegram mini-app. Prices at Upscale start at $69 for a $5,000 Basic on the crypto market at list, and $59 buys the same plan on its real-world-asset market.
The payment rule at Upscale is the same coin set for every plan, with cards beside it. The catch at Upscale is a terms requirement of KYC before withdrawal, which its marketing’s “No KYC” does not mention. Read the Upscale review.
Funded Trader Markets: Stablecoins on Six Networks
Funded Trader Markets is a multi-asset prop firm whose simulated trading is provided by Funded Trader Markets LTD in Saint Lucia. The unique attribute of Funded Trader Markets at checkout is stablecoin choice: USDT on Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, Solana, Tron and ERC20, and USDC on most of the same. Prices at Funded Trader Markets start at $43 for a $5,000 Instant Pro at list.
The payment rule at Funded Trader Markets asks buyers to “ensure you use the correct network and the correct address”. The catch at Funded Trader Markets is on the way out: a 5% processing fee on every crypto reward. Read the Funded Trader Markets crypto trading page.
BrightFunded: Bitcoin on Lightning, Seven Coins In
BrightFunded is a multi-asset prop firm run by Bright Global FZCO in Dubai. The unique attribute of BrightFunded at checkout is bitcoin on the Lightning Network, the cheapest way to send bitcoin, beside six other coins. Prices at BrightFunded start at €47 for a $5,000 2-Step Bright.
The payment rule at BrightFunded is the coin list BTC, USDT on Tron, USDC on ERC-20, ETH, LTC, TRX and SOL. The catch at BrightFunded is the asymmetry: seven coins in and one coin out, USDC on ERC-20. Read the BrightFunded crypto trading page.
FTMO: Five Coins With a 3% Crypto Fee
FTMO is a multi-asset prop firm based in Prague, Czech Republic. The unique attribute of FTMO at checkout is the stated surcharge: crypto payments cost 3% and arrive “up to 24h”, while cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay are free and instant. Prices at FTMO start at €79 for a $10,000 1-Step. The payment rule at FTMO lists BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT and USDC. The catch at FTMO is that the fee is charged on payment, not on payouts, which FTMO also sends in crypto without that fee. Read the FTMO crypto trading page.

Prices at HyperPNL start at $42 for a $5,000 1-step. The payment rule at HyperPNL matches its payout rail, USDC in and USDC out. The catch at HyperPNL is that a trader without USDC has to buy it first, which adds an exchange fee to the price. Read the HyperPNL review.
How do you choose a prop firm that accepts crypto payment?
You choose a prop firm that accepts crypto payment by checking the invoice before the coin, and five checks cover it.
- Check the network before sending. A payment on the wrong chain is lost, as Bitfunded’s FAQ warns. Best on this list: Upscale and Funded Trader Markets, which name every network.
- Check for a crypto fee. FTMO adds 3%. Best on this list: every other firm here, none of which states one.
- Check how refunds are paid. Refunds go back to the method used, and a crypto payment cannot be charged back. Best on this list: BrightFunded, whose refund rule (no trades, within 30 days) is published.
- Check the invoice window. FundingPips says crypto invoices expire. Best on this list: firms that show the amount and address on one page, such as Bitfunded.
- Keep payment and payout apart. The coin you pay with is not the coin you are paid in. Best on this list: HyperPNL, where both are USDC.
The order of the firms above follows how specifically each one names coins and networks, then the number of coins named, with ties broken by the PropRubric score. The method behind that order is on the page about how PropRubric verifies crypto prop firm data. The firms above take crypto; the ones that don’t are worth knowing too, because two well-known firms are among them.
Which prop firms don’t accept crypto payment?
Two prop firms in PropRubric’s census do not accept crypto for a challenge, and four publish no payment list PropRubric could read.

- The5ers lets traders pay “by a payment card, via a bank transfer, or using other means of payment”, without naming crypto.
- Propr, TradeXProp, WenCrypto and AquaFunded publish no payment-method list on the pages PropRubric read; Propr’s terms say fees are settled through a merchant of record.
The coins each firm pays out in, which differ from the coins it accepts, are compared on the list of prop firms that pay out in crypto. The country rules that decide whether a payment method works where you live are on the page of crypto prop firm country access.
