WenCrypto Review 2026: Rules, Fees, Payouts and Is It Legit?

WenCrypto ranks #17 of 18 crypto-first and on-chain firms on PropRubric's list of the best crypto prop firms.
WenCrypto is a Saint Lucia crypto-only prop firm from the team behind Maven Trading that sells one-step, two-step and pay-later challenges priced from $44 and pays 80% of simulated profits every ten business days.
Yes, WenCrypto is a legitimate, operating crypto prop firm: its terms name WEN LTD with a registration number, its rules are on the pricing cards, and a risk-first reviewer rates it as verified. Against the firm, its Trustpilot profile is unclaimed with no reviews and its terms threaten account termination for reviews the firm calls defamation. The cards of the firm say “withdraw at any time” while its rules pay every ten business days and cap the first two withdrawals.
Under the same rules, the daily limit resets at 00:00 UTC, and the floors are static on the standard plans and trail on the pay-later plan. The firm publishes no country list for any plan, and its terms make every purchase final while its cards say “refundable”, a pattern worth checking at other crypto prop firms too. Compare it with all crypto prop firms PropRubric tracks before you choose.

WenCrypto is a crypto prop firm that sells challenges on the top 100 cryptocurrencies by CoinMarketCap rank, excluding stablecoins, in its own web and mobile terminal, and pays 80% of simulated profits in the funded stage. WEN LTD, registration number 2025-00872 at Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia, operates the site under terms that call the accounts “paper trading accounts” and describe the funded stage as “simulated capital”.
The firm’s homepage says it comes from the creators of Maven Trading, a forex prop firm whose testimonials appear on WenCrypto’s pages. The firm’s four plans are Single Pass, Double Pass, Buy Now Pay Later and Genesis, of which Genesis showed “Coming Soon” with a hidden price at PropRubric’s last check.

How does WenCrypto work?
WenCrypto’s cycle has four steps, and each step is set out in the firm’s FAQ.
- Buy a challenge from $5,000 to $100,000, priced from $44, on Single Pass (one phase), Double Pass (two phases) or Buy Now Pay Later (a small fee now, the rest after passing).
- Pass the profit target of 9% (Single), 10% then 6% (Double) or 4% (BNPL) on closed positions, within the daily limit and the floor, with three winning days of more than 1% each on the standard plans.
- Complete KYC through Veriff after passing, before the funded account is issued.
- Request a withdrawal every ten business days, with the first capped at 6% and the second at 8% of the account, and receive the challenge fee back after three successful withdrawals.
The step most buyers misread is the fourth, because the pricing page says “withdraw at any time”, and the next section reads the rules on that point.

Can you really “withdraw at any time” at WenCrypto?
No, WenCrypto pays every ten business days, caps the first withdrawal at 6% and the second at 8% of the account, and requires Veriff identity verification before the funded account. “withdraw at any time” means you may submit a request once the funded account is eligible. The cap on the first two withdrawal requests is a rule the pricing page does not mention, and PropRubric records it from the FAQ. Two further facts about the cap sit in the terms rather than on the cards.
The fee refund the cards call “REFUNDABLE” is paid after three successful withdrawals per the FAQ, while the terms say “all purchases are considered final and non-refundable”. The terms add that “defaming WEN LTD on social media or review sites will lead to account termination”.
Evidence
| quote | source |
|---|---|
| “You can request a withdrawal every 10 business days. You can withdraw everyday on the Genesis challenge.” | WenCrypto FAQ, “How often can I withdraw?” |
| “Defaming WEN LTD on social media or review sites will lead to account termination.” | WenCrypto terms, “Company Termination” |
| “All purchases are considered final and non-refundable.” | WenCrypto terms, “Refund Policy” |
The defamation clause is the sentence to weigh before writing a review of the firm as a funded trader, and it is one reason PropRubric reads a firm’s terms before its testimonials.
The Maven Trading connection is the other fact the homepage leaves unexplained: testimonials on WenCrypto’s page name Maven, a different firm, and PropRubric treats them as evidence about Maven rather than about WenCrypto.
PropRubric’s ranking of the best crypto prop firms lists WenCrypto among the crypto-only entries, and its price is the next section.

How much does a WenCrypto challenge cost?
WenCrypto challenges cost $44 to $949, from the $5,000 Double Pass to the $100,000 Single Pass, with the pay-later plan priced from $5 up front plus the balance after passing, and no add-on to buy.
| Account size | single-pass | double-pass | bnpl |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $55 | $44 | $5 + $69 after passing |
| $10,000 | $99 | $79 | $7 + $117 after passing |
| $20,000 | $195 | $156 | $10 + $189 after passing |
| $50,000 | $479 | $383 | $15 + $359 after passing |
| $100,000 | $949 | $759 | $20 + $589 after passing |
Values from each firm's own pages, checked by PropRubric
No add-on exists, and three price notes apply. The first price note is the promotion: a site-wide 25% discount was running when PropRubric read the page, and the list prices above are the ones recorded, because a promotion can end at any time. The second note is Genesis: the FAQ describes an instant plan with daily withdrawals and a reward-split ladder from 5% to 109% by level, and the pricing page showed it as “Coming Soon” with the price hidden.
The third note is the refund: the FAQ returns the fee after three successful withdrawals on Single and Double Pass, and the terms say every purchase is final, so the refund is a reward for reaching three payouts rather than a cancellation right.
What does WenCrypto cost per $10,000 of funding?
WenCrypto costs $151.80 per $10,000 of funding on the $100,000 Double Pass and $220.00 on the $5,000 Single Pass. Each Pass cost is computed as the fee plus one reset at the same price, divided by the account size in $10,000 units, with the pay-later plan counted at its full fee.
| account size | Double Pass | Single Pass | Buy Now Pay Later (full fee) |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $176.00 | $220.00 | $296.00 |
| $10,000 | $158.00 | $198.00 | $248.00 |
| $20,000 | $156.00 | $195.00 | $199.00 |
| $50,000 | $153.20 | $191.60 | $149.60 |
| $100,000 | $151.80 | $189.80 | $121.80 |
The pay-later plan is the cheapest funding at $50,000 and above once the second payment is counted, and the dearest at $5,000, because its $69 second payment is 1.4% of that account while the $589 second payment at $100,000 is 0.6%. The floor decides whether any payment is recovered, and the rules are the next section.
What are WenCrypto’s trading rules?
WenCrypto’s trading rules are a daily limit measured on balance or equity at 00:00 UTC, a static floor on the Single and Double Pass and a trailing end-of-day floor on the funded pay-later plan. The rules add three winning days, no consistency rule on the standard plans, no bots and one trade every 28 days. The three sections below cover those rules: the drawdown limits, the restrictions and the instruments.

| Account limits | $100,000 combined per account type; $300,000 total; no scaling | wencrypto.com |
What are WenCrypto’s drawdown limits?
WenCrypto allows a 3% daily drawdown on the Single Pass and 5% on the Double Pass, and a 5% maximum drawdown on the Single Pass and 8% on the Double Pass, and both are measured on “either balance or equity” at the 00:00 UTC reset. The daily limit is a share of the reset value, and the maximum floor is fixed at the starting balance and does not trail on either standard plan.
The pay-later plan is the exception: its funded floor sits 5% below the end-of-day high and is reduced by withdrawals, a “withdraw lock” that the card states in one word, so a trader who takes a payout tightens the buffer that protects the next one. How a trailing floor and a static floor end accounts on different days is worked through on the page about trailing vs static drawdown in crypto prop challenges.
Which trading restrictions does WenCrypto have?
PropRubric checks twelve restriction rules at WenCrypto, and the firm publishes nine; the per-trade cap, weekend holding and the restricted-country list are not stated in the pages read.
- Stop-loss required: ✗ not required.
- Per-trade loss cap: not published.
- Consistency rule: ✗ none on Single and Double Pass; ✓ 20% consistency score before each withdrawal on the funded pay-later plan.
- Winning days: ✓ 3 on the standard plans; a winning day is a gain of more than 1% of the initial balance at the time the trade is closed.
- Time limit: none; at least one trade every 28 days.
- News trading: ✓ allowed.
- Weekend holding: not published in the pages read.
- Hedging: ✗ reverse or group hedging across accounts prohibited.
- Copy trading: ✗ not allowed.
- Bots and API: ✗ EAs, high-frequency trading and tick scalping prohibited.
- Multiple accounts: ✓ up to $100,000 per account type and $300,000 in total; no scaling.
- Account conduct: one email per trader; the payment card must be your own; the terms’ defamation clause.
The winning-day rule is the restriction a “no minimum days” reading of the cards misses. Three days of more than 1% each is a higher bar than most firms’ 0.5% qualifying day, and a trader who hits the 9% target in one session still needs two more.
What can you trade at WenCrypto, and with how much leverage?
You can trade the top 100 cryptocurrencies by CoinMarketCap rank at WenCrypto, without stablecoins, in the firm’s own terminal with TradingView charts, at 5x on BTC and ETH and 2x on everything else.
| pair group | leverage |
|---|---|
| BTC, ETH | 5x |
| all other listed coins | 2x |
The terms mention MetaTrader and Match-Trader as possible third-party platforms, while the product sold at PropRubric’s last check runs in the WenCrypto Terminal on web and mobile.
How do WenCrypto payouts work?
WenCrypto pays 80% of profits on Single, Double and pay-later plans (with a 20% consistency score on the funded pay-later account), every ten business days on request. Withdrawals are capped at 6% of the account for the first and 8% for the second, after Veriff verification.
Payout terms
| split | first payout | frequency | minimum | currency + network | speed | proof |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 80% on Single, Double and pay-later plans (Genesis 5% → 109% by level) | first eligible day in the funded stage, capped at 6% of the account | every 10 business days (Genesis daily) | not published | not published in the pages read | not published | none published |
Three payout conditions apply, and the third is the one to read twice. Firstly, KYC has to be completed and approved, the account has to be in the funded stage, and it has to be within its drawdown limits at the time of the payout request. Secondly, the request has to fall on an eligible day, which arrives every ten business days, or every day on Genesis.
Finally, the first two withdrawal requests are capped at 6% and 8% of the account and the third and fourth are unlimited, and each withdrawal on the pay-later plan lowers the trailing floor.
Payout Junction, which counts only withdrawals and payouts matched to a public blockchain wallet, did not list WenCrypto at PropRubric’s last check. The split, the rail and the proof are compared across every firm on the page about how crypto prop firm payouts work.
Who can trade with WenCrypto?
WenCrypto publishes no country list: its FAQ says the service is offered globally, and names only locations subject to international sanctions as a possible exclusion. The FAQ says those locations may be restricted rather than excluded outright, PropRubric records the US status as not published, and the firm applies the rule at the KYC step. The KYC step through Veriff comes after passing and before the funded account, so a trader in a restricted location learns of the restriction after paying.
Who can join
| US status | restricted countries | KYC timing | platform exceptions |
|---|---|---|---|
| not published | not published (“may be restricted in locations subject to international sanctions”) | after passing, before the funded account (Veriff); one email per trader; card must be your own | none; WenCrypto Terminal on web and mobile |
The terms add a KYC line of their own: “transactions made without proper verification are considered invalid”, which places the identity check before any payout rather than before any purchase.
Is WenCrypto legit?
Yes, WenCrypto is a legitimate, operating crypto prop firm. The evidence is that its terms name WEN LTD with a Saint Lucia registration number and address, its rules are published on its cards and FAQ, and Prop Firm Bridge rated it as verified on 16 September 2026. The two cautions PropRubric found beside that evidence are an unclaimed Trustpilot profile with no reviews and a terms clause that ends the account of a trader who criticises it on a review site.
- Status: active at PropRubric’s last check.
- Operator and jurisdiction: WEN LTD, Reg. No. 2025-00872, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia; Saint Lucian law and courts; the terms disclaim any investment service.
- Operating since: registered in 2025; Prop Firm Bridge records 2026 as the founding year and calls the operating history “very young”.
- Payout evidence: none published; absent from Payout Junction at PropRubric’s last check.
- Complaint signal: an unclaimed Trustpilot profile for wencrypto.com with no reviews at PropRubric’s last check; Prop Firm Bridge scored the firm 67 out of 100, “PFB Verified” at its minimum threshold, citing the payout wording, Maven-named testimonials and placeholder Genesis metrics.
- Contradictions found: “withdraw at any time” against the ten-business-day cadence and the 6% and 8% caps; “REFUNDABLE” against “all purchases are considered final”; Maven Trading testimonials on a WenCrypto page; a Genesis card that showed a 200% profit split as a placeholder.
- Named people: none on the pages read; Prop Firm Bridge’s research team wrote the review cited.
A firm’s rules and status change over time, so the last question is what has changed at WenCrypto recently.
What has changed at WenCrypto?
WenCrypto’s change log holds 3 rows since PropRubric’s first check on 29 September 2026, 0 of them firm-side rule changes and 3 PropRubric additions to its own record, and the Genesis plan remains announced rather than sold.

What are the alternatives to WenCrypto?
Three firms differ from WenCrypto on its weakest attributes, the withdrawal caps, the empty review profile, and the defamation clause, and each card names the difference.
- Breakout: no payout cap, USDC on demand from $50 of profit, from $20; a Delaware evaluation company under Kraken’s ownership.
- Propr: no cap, a $20 minimum, a public payout feed, from $25; a British Virgin Islands firm whose 2-step floor trails.
- Fundedbit: a crypto-only firm on Bybit demo accounts with Trustpilot reviews of its own, from $55; a Dubai firm with a 21-day first payout.
PropRubric’s ranking of the best crypto prop firms scores every firm on the same five criteria, set out in how PropRubric verifies crypto prop firm rules, and the cards above are where WenCrypto’s three weak attributes are absent.
