Crypto Futures Prop Firms: Perpetual Accounts Compared (2026)
Affiliate link: PropRubric may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. It never changes a score or a ranking.
Eighteen of the 27 active crypto prop firms PropRubric tracks sell accounts that trade crypto futures rather than CFDs at PropRubric’s last check, sixteen of them naming perpetual contracts outright, and the other nine firms quote crypto as CFDs.
Crypto Fund Trader publishes the most perpetual pairs, 715 on its Bybit accounts, HyroTrader allows the highest leverage on them, up to 150x on BTC and ETH, and Upscale publishes the lowest trading fee, 0.008% per open and per close.
The firms are listed by the number of perpetual pairs they publish, a perpetual is defined against a CFD by the fee that runs while a position is open, and the nine CFD firms close the page.
| most perpetual pairs | highest BTC leverage | lowest published trading fee |
|---|---|---|
| Crypto Fund Trader: 715 crypto pairs on its Bybit accounts, up to 1:100; from $40 for $5,000 | HyroTrader: up to 150x on BTC and ETH on your own Bybit or BloFin demo account; from $59 | Upscale: 0.008% per open and per close on Basic and Accelerated accounts; from $59, or $69 for a $5,000 Crypto account |

Listed by the number of perpetual pairs each firm publishes, most first, with the cost per $10,000 as the tiebreak. The ring is each firm's PropRubric score out of 10, which sets the order of the main ranking only.
Values from each firm's own pages, checked by PropRubric
The rows run from the deepest published perpetual list to the firms that publish no pair count, and the two firms whose pages name neither “perpetual” nor “CFD” sit last. A fee marked not published means the firm’s pages give no trading-fee schedule, which at the Bybit-account firms usually means the exchange’s own demo fees apply. Each firm’s evidence and check date are in its review, and the first question is which firms trade perpetual futures at all.
Which crypto prop firms trade perpetual futures?
PropRubric found 18 crypto prop firms whose accounts trade crypto futures, out of 27 active firms at its last check, and the venue the perpetuals are priced on splits them into five groups.
- Bybit demo accounts, your own or the firm’s: HyroTrader (“Trade on Bybit or BloFin with your own demo account”), Klein Funding (a demo sub-account of your Bybit account), Fundedbit (“All Fundedbit challenges and funded accounts trade crypto USDT perpetual futures on Bybit”), Dolvero (your own Bybit Demo account by API key), Mubite (Bybit accounts on Bybit’s market conditions) and Crypto Fund Trader on its Bybit route.
- Hyperliquid prices or routing: Propr (every Hyperliquid perpetual with open interest above $1 million), HyperPNL (an off-chain engine filled against Hyperliquid’s live order book) and E8 Markets (Perpetual accounts “priced off Hyperliquid”).
- The firm’s own terminal or a licensed platform with perpetual-style contracts: Breakout (Breakout Terminal), Kraken Prop (Kraken Pro), SizeProp, PropW (CoinW infrastructure), Upscale and Velotrade (DXtrade).
- Futures named, platform not named: Cointracts, whose homepage sells “Crypto Futures Prop Trading” on a platform its terms do not name.
- Contract type not named: Bitfunded and WenCrypto, which trade crypto on their own terminals at 5x or less without calling the contract a perpetual or a CFD on the pages PropRubric read.
The group a firm sits in decides who sets the pair list and the fee, which is why the first column of the table names the venue before the count. Crypto Fund Trader’s three platforms, its 715 pairs and its Bybit-only 1:100 are set out in the Crypto Fund Trader review. What makes those accounts “futures” rather than CFDs is the definition that follows.
What is a crypto futures prop firm?
The funding interval is the cost a futures trader has to know. Bybit settles funding every 8 hours on its 8-hour contracts, at 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 UTC, according to its help centre, and Hyperliquid pays the funding rate every hour at one eighth of the 8-hour formula, according to its docs, so a position held for a week at Propr or HyperPNL pays 168 small payments where one at Fundedbit pays 21.
A CFD swings the other way: FTMO charges a swap of -30% a year on crypto CFDs, long and short alike, and RebelsFunding’s rollover runs from -7% to -15% a year by symbol and triples on Friday, per each firm’s own table.
The capital behind both kinds is simulated, and the page on simulated vs real capital at crypto prop firms explains what that means for a payout.
How do crypto futures prop firms compare?
Crypto futures prop firms compare on three axes with a different leader on each. Crypto Fund Trader leads on pair depth with 715, HyroTrader leads on BTC leverage at 150x, and Upscale leads on the published fee at 0.008% per open and per close. The eight sections below cover the eight deepest perpetual lists in table order: origin and category, the unique attribute, the price from, the venue and its terms with their source, the catch, and the links.
Crypto Fund Trader: 715 Perpetual Pairs on Bybit, a CFD on the Other Two Platforms
Crypto Fund Trader is a crypto-first prop firm run by SWISS RLCRATES AG in Zug, Switzerland, which also sells forex, indices, stocks and commodities. The unique attribute of Crypto Fund Trader is a choice of three platforms for one account, Bybit, MT5 and Match-Trader, with 715 crypto pairs behind the count on its homepage. Prices at Crypto Fund Trader start at $40 for a $5,000 1-Phase.
The futures terms at Crypto Fund Trader are USDT perpetuals on the Bybit route at up to 1:100, while crypto on MT5 and Match-Trader is a CFD at 1:5 except on the larger “Advanced” accounts, per its terms and conditions, and no trading-fee schedule is published.
The catch at Crypto Fund Trader is that the 1:100 belongs to the Bybit accounts and the $50,000-and-up Advanced accounts only, and the first payout waits 15 traded days or 30 calendar days. Read the Crypto Fund Trader reviewVisit Crypto Fund Trader →
HyroTrader: 700+ Pairs on Your Own Bybit or BloFin Demo Account at up to 150x
HyroTrader is a crypto-first prop firm provided by HYRO TECHNOLOGIES FZ-LLC in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, with HYROTRADER TECHNOLOGIES LTD in the British Virgin Islands running the funded phase. The unique attribute of HyroTrader is that the challenge trades your own Bybit or BloFin demo account through its API, so the venue’s order book and pair list are the exchange’s own. Prices at HyroTrader start at $59.
The futures terms at HyroTrader are USDT perpetuals, 700+ pairs on Bybit and the Hyro platform and 80+ on BloFin, at up to 150x on BTC and ETH and 50x to 100x on most pairs, per its FAQ, with the demo venue’s own fee schedule rather than a published one.
The catch at HyroTrader is a consistency rule that counts one day for at most 40% of the profit target in the evaluation, and a cap of 5% of the initial balance per payout request. Read the HyroTrader reviewVisit HyroTrader →
Klein Funding: 700+ Bybit Pairs Through a Sub-Account of Your Own Exchange Login
Klein Funding is a crypto-first prop firm run by KUENTECH LLC in Delaware, with Bybit plans on a Bybit account and Cleo plans on its own platform. The unique attribute of Klein Funding is a demo-trading sub-account of your own Bybit account, connected through a read-write API key, so the firm reads the trades without holding the login. Prices at Klein Funding start at $35.63 for a $5,000 Cleo Flex.
The futures terms at Klein Funding are 700+ pairs on Bybit at up to 1:100 “for most of the tradeable coins”, per its FAQ, at Bybit’s own 0.02% maker and 0.055% taker fee, while Cleo caps BTC and ETH at 1:5 and everything else at 1:2.
The catch at Klein Funding is the Stability Score on the Bybit plans, 30% on the one-phase, which a single strong day can breach, and a KYC clause that lets the firm ask for documents “at any stage”. Read the Klein Funding reviewVisit Klein Funding →
Fundedbit: Every Account a Bybit Demo Account at 1:30
Fundedbit is a crypto-first prop firm run by Fundedbit L.L.C-FZ in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai. The unique attribute of Fundedbit is that every challenge and funded account is a Bybit demo account trading USDT perpetual futures, with a pair list that follows Bybit’s listings. Prices at Fundedbit start at $55 for a $5,000 2-Step. The futures terms at Fundedbit are 700+ pairs at 1:30 on all challenges, per its help centre, with no fee schedule of its own published.
The catch at Fundedbit is a 1-Step floor that trails from the highest equity until the balance is 6% up, and a first payout that waits 21 days. Read the Fundedbit reviewVisit Fundedbit →
Dolvero: Your Own Bybit Demo Account by Read-Only API Key at up to 50:1
Dolvero is a multi-market prop firm run by DKZ Information Technology Services L.L.C in the UAE, trading as Dolvero, with crypto accounts on Bybit beside CFD accounts. The unique attribute of Dolvero is a read-only API key: you trade in Bybit’s own app or web terminal on a Bybit Demo account, and the firm only reads the result. Prices at Dolvero start at $99 for a $10,000 Crypto 2-Step.
The futures terms at Dolvero are 700+ Bybit USDT perpetual listings at up to 50:1, per its rules FAQ, with no fee schedule of its own. The catch at Dolvero is the Crypto 1-Step’s 6% maximum, which trails from the high-water mark, and a payout cycle of every 14 days. Read the Dolvero reviewVisit Dolvero →
Mubite: 600+ USDT Futures Markets on Bybit, 360+ on Cleo
Mubite is a crypto-first prop firm run by Mubite s.r.o. in Prague. The unique attribute of Mubite is two venues under one rulebook, Bybit demo accounts on Bybit’s market conditions and Cleo accounts on live Binance market data. Prices at Mubite start at $44. The futures terms at Mubite are 600+ USDT futures markets on Bybit and 360+ on Cleo at 1:100, per its trading-platforms page, with no fee schedule published.
The catch at Mubite is a rule that prohibits spot markets, USDC pairs and options during a Bybit futures challenge, and US residents are admitted on Cleo only. Read the Mubite reviewVisit Mubite →
Propr: Every Hyperliquid Perpetual Above $1 Million of Open Interest, Fees at Cost
Propr is a crypto-first prop firm run by Propr Limited in the British Virgin Islands. The unique attribute of Propr is labelled execution: the firm chooses per trade whether to route it to Hyperliquid, where it is visible on chain, or to book it internally, and every trade carries the label. Prices at Propr start at $25 for a $5,000 Turbo 1-Step.
The futures terms at Propr are 160+ perpetuals, every Hyperliquid market with open interest above $1 million listed automatically, at 10x on BTC, ETH and SOL and 2x on other crypto, per its rules, with Hyperliquid’s maker and taker fees passed through at cost and funding applied.
The catch at Propr is the 2x on most altcoins, among the lowest on this page, and a payout rail of USDC on chain only. Read the Propr reviewVisit Propr →
Velotrade: 104 USDT Perpetuals on DXtrade, Leverage That Halves When Funded
Velotrade is a crypto-first prop firm run by Velotrade Re Limited in Hong Kong. The unique attribute of Velotrade is an Arbiscan transaction link for every payout and a static floor on all three plans. Prices at Velotrade start at $40 for a $5,000 PRO 1-Step. The futures terms at Velotrade are 104 USDT perpetuals on DXtrade, BTC at 10x in the challenge and 5x once funded, ETH and SOL at 6x then 5x and most altcoins at 2x, per its rules page, with no fee schedule published.
The catch at Velotrade is that leverage halves on the funded account, and the first payout waits 14 days after the first funded trade plus 5 qualifying days. Read the Velotrade reviewVisit Velotrade →
How do you choose a crypto futures prop firm?
You choose a crypto futures prop firm by reading the venue, the pair list, the leverage and the fee as one set rather than the pair count alone, and five checks cover it.
- Name the venue. A Bybit or BloFin demo account at HyroTrader, Klein Funding, Fundedbit or Dolvero trades the exchange’s own book, while Breakout, Kraken Prop, SizeProp, PropW, Upscale and WenCrypto fill orders on their own terminals. Best on this page for a venue you can inspect yourself: HyroTrader, Klein Funding and Dolvero, where the demo account is yours.
- Match the pair list to what you trade. Seven hundred pairs matter to an altcoin trader and not at all to a BTC-only one, and Propr’s list changes with Hyperliquid’s open interest. Best on this page: Crypto Fund Trader at 715, then the five Bybit-account firms at 700+.
- Read the leverage against the daily limit. HyroTrader’s 150x sits beside a 3% to 5% static daily limit, so a full-size position can spend the day’s allowance on a small move. Best on this page for leverage with room under it: Breakout and Propr at 10x on BTC with a 3% daily limit, static.
- Price the fee per side and the holding fee. Breakout and Kraken Prop charge 0.04% per side plus 0.033% a day, SizeProp 0.055% per side plus 0.0167% every 8 hours, and HyperPNL and E8 Markets 0.015% maker and 0.045% taker. Best on this page: Upscale at 0.008% per open and per close.
- Check who can change the list. PropW lists and delists pairs by announcement, Bybit-account firms inherit every Bybit delisting, and Breakout says leverage “is reviewed periodically, so it may change over time”. Best on this page for a list the firm itself publishes in full: Velotrade’s 104 and Breakout’s 60.
The five checks are the futures half of choosing a firm, and an exchange integration is not proof of live execution: Andrej Gjorgievski of CryptoSlate lists “broker branding, exchange integrations, and payout screenshots” as weak evidence for the same reason.
The order of the firms above follows the number of perpetual pairs each firm publishes, most first, with the cost per $10,000 as the tiebreak, and the method is set out in how PropRubric verifies.
The firms above trade futures; the ones that quote CFDs are worth knowing too, because a CFD’s swap can cost more than a funding rate over a long hold.
Which crypto prop firms trade crypto CFDs instead?
Nine of the 27 active crypto prop firms quote crypto as a CFD rather than a perpetual, per each firm’s own instrument page, and most of them are the multi-asset firms whose crypto sits beside forex.
- FTMO: 30 crypto CFDs at 1:3.33 on Standard accounts and 1:1 on Swing, with a swap of -30% a year long and short.
- The5ers: Bitcoin and Ethereum only, at 1:2 on High Stakes and 1:0.60 on the Growth and Bootcamp plans.
- BrightFunded: 48+ crypto CFD pairs against the US dollar at 1:5.
- AquaFunded: 40+ cryptocurrencies as CFDs against the US dollar at 1:2, with $0 commission.
- RebelsFunding: 17 crypto CFDs against USDT at 1:2.5, at $10 per lot and a rollover of -7% to -15% a year.
- Funded Trader Markets: 39 crypto pairs at 1:5 on BTC and ETH and 1:2 on the rest, with $0 commission.
- Goat Funded Trader: crypto at 1:2 in the evaluation and when funded, with $0 commission.
- FundingPips: two crypto pairs at 1:2 in the evaluation and 1:1 on the funded Master account, at 0.04% commission.
- TradeXProp: crypto symbols quoted against the US dollar on Match-Trader, DXtrade and cTrader at up to 5:1; the firm does not call them perpetuals.
The nine multi-asset offers are compared on their own terms, weekends included, on the list of forex prop firms that allow crypto, and the reason none of the 27 firms sells spot is on the page about crypto prop firms for spot trading. Leverage by pair and by stage across all 27 firms, perpetual and CFD alike, is ranked on the list of highest-leverage crypto prop firms.
